Upon early retirement as an honored senior commissioned officer from Sri Lanka Army in 2008 Major Bandara Dissanayake joined the corporate sector to grow a reputation while following necessary higher education diplomas to gain the most needed knowledge to thrive in the corporate sector with his track record as Head of Security, Assistant General Manager and General Manger in several prestigious organizations where he collected hands on experience on Management Administration security operation etc.
In his tenure in Sri Lanka Army mainly engaging in communication, operation, administration, logistics and human resource management. He has achieved a track record of honesty, integrity and commitments as proved by numerous awards and medals he was awarded. During his deployment he has followed several training courses which made him secure a place in the corporate world later in life including several tours to Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Malyasia USA and several local courses.
